Andrey Pravda’s path to manual therapy began in his childhood in Ukraine, where he grew up watching his grandmother—a village healer—care for neighbors with time-honored remedies. That early exposure to the body’s natural capacity for recovery planted the seed for a lifelong dedication to healing.
Initially Andrey pursued a veterinary degree at Vasil Karazin National University and built a successful career as a horse trainer in Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and Kentucky. Years spent working with high-performance animals gave him a deep appreciation for biomechanics and the subtle connections between movement and health.
Life brought him to New Jersey, where he shifted from equine to human therapy, training at Hackensack Massage Academy and later to the beautiful state of Oregon, earning his license as a nationally certified massage therapist, a credential that allows him to practice anywhere in the United States.
